Animal Insights ("AnimalInsights.ai", "we", "us") reviews the veterinary medical records you upload and produces a plain-English summary ("Report") highlighting key information, patterns, timeline context, and questions you may want to raise with your veterinarian.
The Report is generated using a combination of AI-assisted analysis and human review.
The Report is provided to you electronically (for example, by email). The exact format of the Report may vary.
We do not guarantee that the Report will identify every issue in your records.
Animal Insights is not a veterinary clinic and does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
The Report:
• is for educational and informational purposes only,
• is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and
• should not be used to make urgent medical decisions.
Always seek the advice of a licensed veterinarian for any questions regarding your animal's health. If your pet appears to be in distress or experiencing an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately.
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for how you use the Report.

By submitting files, you grant Animal Insights a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:
A human will review your uploaded records and the generated Report to verify accuracy.
We do not sell your data.
We do not use your pet's records to train public AI models.

Payments.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers.
Delivery Window.
We make a reasonable effort to deliver your Report within approximately 48 hours after we receive your complete files and payment. Complex cases or incomplete records may take longer.
Refunds.
If we are unable to produce and deliver a Report to the email address you provided, we will refund the fee you paid for that Report to the original payment method, typically within five business days.
If a Report was delivered, refunds are handled at our discretion. You can contact us at contact@animalinsights.ai if you believe there was a problem.
Scope / refusal.
We may decline a submission that is incomplete, corrupted, unsafe (e.g., malware), outside our scope, or otherwise not feasible; in such cases we will refund your fee.
Your materials.
You retain ownership of the veterinary records, images, notes, and other materials you upload.
Your Report.
You are granted a perpetual, personal, non-exclusive license to download, store, and share the Report for your own use, including with your veterinarian or other care providers.
Our materials.
All service logic, tooling, analysis methods, prompts, internal models, and workflows remain the property of Animal Insights and are not transferred to you.
You agree not to resell, sublicense, or publicly market the service itself as your own product.
Feedback.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to improve the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we protect it, how long we retain it, your rights, and your cookie/analytics choices. By using the service, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Animal Insights and its owners, operators, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your uploads; (b) your misuse of the service or the Report; or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We use third-party providers to operate the service, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (security/bot protection), and Google Analytics (GA4) (privacy-focused usage analytics). These providers process data on our behalf and have their own privacy policies and terms.
GA4 is used to understand site usage (e.g., pages viewed, clicks, device/browser). We do not enable Google Signals or advertising features. Where supported, we enable IP anonymization.
Cookies and analytics choices (including the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on) are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the service, you acknowledge that these providers may process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You consent to receive communications from us electronically (e.g., emails about uploads, payment confirmations, Report delivery, or support). Keep your email address current and secure; we are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or inaccessible email.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be handled in that jurisdiction.
